Royal Mail losses parcels. That is a fact. We provide the delivery option as we know many customers need the option. We cannot compensate for parcels lost by Royal Mail.
For orders over the value of £40 please choose the courier option as Royal Mail will not compensate for any value over £40.
If Royal Mail has lost your parcel please contact us and we will send you the neccessary forms to help you claim compensation.
We will mail you three separate documents
1.Your British Curlies Invoice to prove payment and show the value of your loss
2.The Royal mail form for Lost or Damaged Items P58 UK Form.
The Royal mail claim form for International Lost or Damaged.
3.Your Certificate of Posting which you will need to hand in at your Post Office to complete your claim.
There is a FREEPOST address on the Royal Mail P58 form.
Please note you will need to wait 30 days after the day of posting to file a claim as Royal Mail states that your parcel may turn up in that time and will not consider it lost until then.
We would advise all our customers to use the secure method of courier delivery to avoid disappointment from Royal Mail losing your Curly Goodies!
